Terms of cancellation

In case of withdrawal/cancellation, the consumer will be charged the following penalties:

• 30% of the total package price, in the event of a withdrawal up to 10 days prior to the starting date of the booked stay;
• 50% of the total package price, in the event of a withdrawal between 9 to 3 days prior to the starting date of the booked stay;
• 100% of the total package price, in the event of a withdrawal within 2 days prior to the starting date of the booked stay.

In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer (due to bad weather or for other reasons of organizational nature) the participation fee will be fully refunded to the customer.Please indicate any food intolerances at the reservation.
