Climb up to the roof of the Dolomites, to the 2950 metres of Sass Pordoi, to enjoy not only a panorama that will leave you breathless, but also a tasty farm-to-table aperitif, from producer to table, starring the cheeses of Mèlga de Fascia, the artisan beer of the Rampeèr Brewery, the Felicetti Speck cold cuts and meats, the excellent La Trentina apples, and the special scents of N'Outa, narrated by the producers. Everything will be combined by Rifugio Maria with an author's proposal, also available in a version for kids, ready to satiate you and satisfy your palates, but also to leave you with a nice souvenir made by Utòl to take home with you. For cheese enthusiasts or those who want to learn more about local dairy excellence, a fun Cheese Quiz at the table with a prize. The location? An exclusive location where, if you are lucky, you can admire a sunset over the most famous Unesco peaks: from the Sella group to the Marmolada. In short, an opportunity to be seized... or rather, by cable car!

PROGRAMME
- 4.45 p.m. - Meet at the start of the Belvedere lifts in Canazei where the shuttle service will be waiting for you.
- 5 p.m. - All aboard! The shuttle bus will take you to the start of the Sass Pordoi cable car.
- 5.30 p.m. - In the carriage! By cable car you will reach the famous Sass Pordoi at almost 3000 m altitude. Cover yourself well, but above all enjoy the ride!
- From 6 to 7 p.m. - Altin and the staff of the Rifugio Maria await you for a rich aperitif narrated by the producers: from the cheeses of Mèlga de Fascia accompanied by the traditional products of N'Outa and the cured meats of Felicetti Speck, reworked into tasty proposals by the imagination of chef Giovanni, ending with a taste of local desserts.Protagonist, in addition to the food at km0, will also be the artisan beer of Fassa by Rampeèr, while the little ones will be able to appreciate the tasty La Trentina apple juice. These will be the ingredients of an author's proposal, with some hot dishes to be savoured comfortably served at the table in a convivial manner, discovering the quality and curiosities of the raw materials that compose it also through an amusing Cheese Quiz with a prize. Between one tasting and another, be sure to look outside: if you are lucky, as you often are, you can enjoy the magic of the sunset, the famous Enrosadira, with a view from one of the most beautiful terraces in the Alps.
- 7.10 p.m. - Back to the valley by cable car, followed by the shuttle bus that will take you back to the village. You will be in Canazei between 7.30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
