(for those who reach Pordoi Pass by own car, meeting point at 3.40 p.m. at the entrance of the cable car).
In the event that weather conditions do not allow the initiative to run smoothly, it will be postponed to Wednesday 3 January.

3.15 p.m. - Meet at the start of the Belvedere lifts in Canazei where the shuttle service will be waiting for you.
3.30 p.m. - All aboard! The shuttle bus will take you to the start of the Sass Pordoi cable car.
4.00 p.m. - Up we go! By cable car you will reach the famous Sass Pordoi at an altitude of almost 3000 metres. Cover yourself well, but above all enjoy the ride!
From 4.15 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. - Maurizio and the staff of the Rifugio Maria Hut await you for a rich, narrated apericena, made in Val di Fassa, in the company of the producers: from the cheeses of Mèlga de Fascia accompanied by the traditional products of N'Outa and the cured meats of Felicetti Speck, reworked into tasty proposals by the imagination of Chef Giovanni, to finish with a taste of local desserts. Protagonists, in addition to the food at km0, will be the Trentino wines of Mezzacorona and the Trentodoc Rotari mountain bubbles, while the little ones will be able to appreciate the tasty La Trentina apple juice.
These will be the ingredients of a rich proposal, with some hot and tasty dishes, to be enjoyed comfortably seated and served at the table in a convivial manner, discovering the quality and curiosities of the raw materials that compose it also through a fun and tasty Cheese Quiz with a prize.
Between one tasting and the next, be sure to look outside: if you are lucky, as you often are, you will be able to enjoy the magic of the sunset, the famous Enrosadira, with a view from one of the most beautiful terraces in the Alps that sweeps 360° over the most famous peaks of the Dolomites.
5.45 p.m. - You return to the valley by cable car, followed by the shuttle bus that will take you back to the village. You will be in Canazei between 6.30 and 7.00 p.m.
