Enjoy an immersive experience in the heart of the forest, when nature bursts with scents, light, and sounds. During summer, green foliage and sunlight filter through the trees, turning Forest Bathing into a deep sensory journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the environment.
You will immerse yourself in the forests above Vigo, near the ancient church of Santa Giuliana, a place rich in spirituality and silence, where time seems to slow down. The trails winding through bright green fir and larch trees invite you to walk with respect and wonder, accompanied only by birdsong, the rustling of leaves, and panoramic views over the entire valley.
Katiuscia Rasom, an experienced forest bathing guide, will help you switch off and let go of recurring thoughts. During the walk, she will invite you to notice what usually escapes your attention, guiding you away from daily routine - a process that requires energy but brings great satisfaction. Far from noise and rush, you will slow your pace, release tension, and rediscover a more natural rhythm.
Every step, every breath, every moment becomes an invitation to inner listening. Forest Bathing is truly beneficial for both body and mind: it reduces stress, improves mood, and strengthens the immune system.

Mi è piaciuta moltissimo, era proprio quello che speravo e di cui avevo bisogno. Una meditazione guidata dalla bravissima Katiuscia sull'essenza del bosco e sul nostro atteggiamento verso la natura, il tutto per creare una relazione che si è dimostrata autenticamente rigenerante e nutriente. La rifarei subito, tutti i giorni, voglio capire se si fa anche dalle mie parti e, sì, la consiglio assolutamente! Grazie, porterò nel cuore quelle tre ore che sono volate!
