Programme:
- 4:00 p.m. – Meeting in Alba at the lower station of the cable car
- 4:10 p.m. – All aboard! The cable car takes you to 2,160 meters at Ciampac, offering a view of Alba from above and the surrounding peaks like the Sella, Colac, and Marmolada
- 4:20 p.m. – Once the snowshoes are on, start an easy snow hike with the Alpine Guide, who explains the Dolomites’ environment, from geological history to flora, fauna, and fascinating curiosities
- 5:30 p.m. – Before warming up in Rifugio Crepa Neigra, admire the Enrosadira, as the sunset colors the mountains in shades of pink and red and paints the sky with breathtaking hues
- Around 6:00 p.m. – Enjoy the chef’s offerings and taste typical Ladin valley flavors in an aperitif with local cheeses and cured meats, paired with selected Trentino wines and stories from the producers
- 6:45 p.m. – After the aperitif, get ready to return to the valley by cable car
- 7:00 p.m. – Board the cable car for a quick ride back to Alba di Canazei
